Join Cherry for this no-equipment mini-course of Pilates standing and mat work. Looking at many of our go-to exercises along with some new ideas, we will be adding tweaks and a variety of progressions from basic to blooming hard. Challenge clients and improve technique, effectiveness, and benefits. We can’t always use equipment in classes! Cost: transportation; working in clubs with no equipment or leaving it in the hallway. Adaptations are covered for common conditions throughout the class.
